Background

AMP'D Consulting Group is a female-owned small business which conducts contact center engagements, ranging from high level workforce management advisory engagements to complete enterprise contact center redesigns, as well as mid-term Executive Replacement (VP/Director) assignments.

Our core approach is that properly trained and skilled people, along with efficient processes and integrated with appropriate enabling technologies, allow operations to provide optimal customer experiences while being efficient and cost effective.

Due to the economy, a number of people that have found themselves unemployed became “consultants” as a last resort.  In contrast, AMP’D consultants are true consulting professionals, that have had years of contact center experience and left the corporate world before the economic downturn to become elite, professional consultants.  We have honed our skills for years as integral parts of larger consultant teams. 

Our consultants have built personal relationships with vendors; customers; and contact center publications, training, and events groups throughout the industry.  There is a difference in the two types of consultant and your business deserves the expertise, access to industry contacts, and guidance that years of time in a larger networked consultancy create.
